Leitchville Primary School is an important part of the Leitchville and surrounding community. It continues to be a school that fosters strong relationships, delivers stimulating and engaging learning environments for students, families and staff through our underpinning values of being Respectful, Responsible and Inclusive.

Our staff are committed, skilled professionals who understand their important role of educating children in an inclusive, rich, engaging, challenging, collaborative and supported learning environment. We maintain a learning culture that values student and community voice to ensure learning, wellbeing and safety is of the highest standard.

The student’s individual learning needs is the School’s core focus, with relationship connection being a vital element in creating a warm and caring learning environment. Students have the opportunity to access various learning programs at Leitchville Primary with many specialist programs being offered.

Leitchville Primary School has excellent facilities and extensive equipment in the school grounds. We are home to a recently restored heritage building “The Terricks”, which is a great area and asset for the school. We have recieved some amazing news and await another upgrade to our premises. Veggie gardens, netball/basketball courts, playgrounds, up ball wall, balance logs, shade areas, sand pits and many more, allow us to nurture the health, growth and development of our students.

Being a small school gives us the rare opportunity to have smaller classroom sizes and greater student learning focus. We have a strong connection and support to our families and to our community of whom we work alongside. We believe that from the moment you enter the school, you will be impressed by the culture and our values. It is a place in which all people are respected and student growth, development and learning is the fundamental focus.
