Camps

Every year Leitchville Primary School offers a variety of camps. Students from Prep to Grade 6 participate in whole school camps and Grade level camps. We are fortunate to also have the opportunity to share our camps with other Murray Plains Cluster Schools such as, Gunbower, Koondrook and Murrabit Primary School. Some of our camps consist of Canberra, Swan Hill, The Alpine Snow Camp, Kookaburra Camp and some others.

There are many excursions, activities and Cultural Events in which the school is lucky to participate in. One event supported by the Gannawarra Shire Council is the National GRIP Leadership Programme for Grade 6 students in Bendigo. We have excursions to the Art Gallery, Musical Theatre Performances in Melbourne, Echuca Swimming Pool, local cultural and annual events.

We thank the Leitchville Lions Club, Leitchville Bunyip Sporting Club and the Cohuna and Leitchville RSL who willingly and generously support the school in keeping cost to a minimum.
